Claude training for business: get more out of Claude and Cowork
Your team uses Claude but gets little out of it? Claude training on your own tasks gives your team a shared baseline, with agreements on safe use and Cowork for the bigger jobs.
Many teams already use Claude. Someone created an account, a few colleagues followed, and now everyone asks it questions in their own way. That saves time here and there. For the rest it stays a smart search bar.
Claude can do more. It reads long documents, works with your files and uses Cowork to complete tasks in several steps. To benefit from that, your team needs to know how it works and which agreements apply. That is what a Claude training is for.
Using Claude for business without agreements gets you little
Without a shared baseline, the results depend on whoever happens to be good at it. One person builds a project with fixed instructions and saves hours every week. Another types a question, gets a generic answer and concludes that AI is not for them. A training brings everyone to the same level. Then the results no longer depend on a few enthusiasts.
Claude Team or Enterprise: sort out the business account first
Then there is the question of where your data goes. Employees with a free or personal account sometimes paste client data or contracts into a chat. With a business account, such as Claude Team or Enterprise, your company has more control over that. It only works if everyone actually uses that account. So sort out the accounts and agreements first, then start on the use cases. In the training we go through those agreements with your team, and where needed we record them in an AI policy.
What your team learns in a Claude AI training
A good Claude training is built around your team’s work. Everyone brings their own tasks and works on them during the training.
Using Claude and setting up Claude Projects
Your team learns to write good prompts: giving context, adding examples and asking Claude to check first what it needs. The difference between a vague and a useful answer is usually in the prompt. Next, you set up Projects for recurring work. You store fixed instructions and documents per task, so nobody has to explain again what your quotes, reports or emails look like.
Working with Claude Cowork and your own files
With Cowork, Claude works with the files on your computer and completes larger tasks in steps. Think of summarising a folder of documents or building a report from separate files. Your team practises this with their own folders and their own work. That shows right away which tasks suit Cowork and which fit better in a regular chat.
Working safely with Claude in your business
Claude sounds confident, even when it misses something. So your team learns what to always check before anything goes out. Everyone also learns which data does and does not belong in Claude, and why the business account is the standard. That is also part of the AI literacy the EU AI Act requires from your company.
Claude course and Claude AI training on site
We run our Claude course at your office, for the whole team at once. Everyone sits at the table with their laptop open, working on their own tasks. Everyone leaves with at least one task that already runs through Claude. You make the agreements on accounts and data together, so they actually stick. Beginners and daily users join the same session, because the exercises are about your own work.
What does Claude training for business deliver?
The first result is time saved on recurring tasks. Work your team does every week runs through fixed projects after the training. The second is one way of working. Everyone uses the same account, the same projects and the same agreements. The third is less risk. Client data stays in the business account and your team checks the output before it goes out.
