What started as a request for better strategic visibility turned into something bigger. Our discovery showed the root cause wasn't missing reports. The entire operation ran on spreadsheets, with no structured data flowing between sales, project execution, invoicing and expense capture. We mapped what was there, designed the architecture that could hold the firm as it grew, and selected the operational backbone to make it work. Then we built a three-layer integration connecting operations, accounting and expense capture, and rolled it out in phases.
