Step 1: Define Your Software Requirements

Step 2: Add Requirements to the Scorecard
Paste your requirements into the Requirements tab of the scorecard template.

Step 3: Research Vendors and Share Your Requirements
Use your preferred search engine to research and shortlist up to five software vendors.
Use the template to send each vendor a clear, structured overview of your requirements.
Step 4: Add Vendor Responses to the Scorecard
Copy vendor responses back into the master Evaluation and Scorecard document.
The scorecard automatically calculates weighted scores based on your priorities.
Step 5: Compare Vendors and Make Your Decision
Open the Scoring tab for a clean side-by-side vendor comparison.
